By default, CloudAfra VPS uses dynamic IPs — the IP will change every time you restart or stop/start your VPS.
But if you need a Static IP (permanent and fixed), we provide it for free upon request.
How to Request a Static IP
Static IP cannot be activated through the Member Area.
You need to contact our support team directly.
Steps to Request Static IP:

Login to your CloudAfra Member Area

Go to Support → Open Ticket

Choose Technical Support

Write a message like:
Hello, I would like to request a Static IP for my VPS.
Service Name: [your VPS name]
Thank you!
Within a few minutes to a few hours, our team will assign a free Static IP to your VPS.
We will notify you once it's ready.
