We would like to provide a clear update regarding how bandwidth usage is measured, how billing cycles work, and how the unsuspension process is handled.
A. Automated Bandwidth Calculation
Our system calculates bandwidth usage based exclusively on outbound traffic from your VPS.
This process is fully automated, and all usage data reflects your actual server activity.
B. Billing Cycle Follows Your Purchase Date
Please note that the billing cycle does not reset on the 1st of each month.
Instead, it follows the date you purchased your service.
For example:
If a plan was purchased on 26 November, the bandwidth and billing will automatically reset on 27 December.
C. Manual Unsuspension Process
If your VPS exceeds the bandwidth quota, it will be automatically suspended.
Unsuspension is processed manually by our team.
If you feel your VPS is taking longer than expected to be unsuspended, please contact support.
Please note:
Your VPS will only be reactivated 1 day after the billing cycle ends, following the reset.
